We ship to a number of countries around the world. All parcels are sent with the Norwegian Postal Service. The parcels are sent with the service letters under 2 kg , and are therefore untrackable. These are our prices:

EUROPE:

0-350g: NOK 120
351g-1000g: NOK 180

Shipping time: 4-9 days depending on country delivered to.

USA:

0-350g: NOK 140
351-1000g: NOK 225

Shipping time: 4-8 days.

IMPORTANT:

All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. The customer is responsible for paying these fees. We are unable to provide information on whether you may or may not be charged. Duties will be determined by the country of import based on product value.

Processing and delivery times may vary, depending on the quantity of orders, and circumstances beyond SAND Cosmetics' control, such as delays by the carrier. SAND Cosmetics is not responsible for the parcel after it has been delivered to the carrier, but we will happily help if there are any issues with deliveries.

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Opened products cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. Returns are paid by the buyer. Contact customer service for returns.
